Ian and his crew did an amazing job replacing our front door and sidelights, as well as repairing the rotten wood around the entryway. From start to finish, they were professional, skilled, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, and the finished project completely transformed the look of our home. They arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was completed perfectly. It's clear they take pride in their work. When our kitchen ceiling had water pouring out of it (!) we called Ian for help. It was after normal working hours and he came over straight away to assess the situation. The rest of his team showed up shortly thereafter and immediately remediated and cleaned for us...and then restored the following week. Ian even helped correspond with our insurance company! We have used Manta twice — to replace a collapsed plaster ceiling and to repair a rotting front porch. In both cases Manta did an excellent job. A complete lifesaver!  I needed someone to on the spot open up a wall in the back of a very tight space due to a plumbing issue.  Frank came within a couple of hours of the phone call and squeezed himself into a very awkward space to quickly complete the job.  He was friendly, neat and professional. Our water heater was leaking while we were on vacation and water pooled in a closet for several days. I called Ian to take a look and advise me as to whether or not I needed to worry about mold. Sump pump failed and basement was soaked. Texted the owner at 8 am and he was at my house in 20 minutes, within hours had fans and dehumidifiers working, area rugs to a cleaner, and by the next day had torn out and disposed of the soaked ruined carpet. Could not appreciate them more!!!

Excellent service provided by Frank, Andrew and Ian. This was for a bathroom leak that damaged the laundry room below. They showed up immediately when called to clean  up and continued through to repair/construct/paint until job was done. I can't say enough about Ian and his team- They have not only "saved" myself and my mother after water disaster, but they have helped create a new, clean space.  They are incredibly honest, and always follow through on what they intend to do. I really felt I was in capable, safe and trustworthy hands the entire time they were in my home. They are fairly priced and communication was always swift and clear.  In this world of questionable contractors, I absolutely have found a gem In Ian and his team at Manta Property Service Group. Best contractors we've ever worked with, by far.  We contracted with Manta to finish our basement.  As a first time home owner, I was wary of getting taken advantage of by shady contractors.  But once I met the guys at Manta I knew I was in good hands.  They worked with me step by step to create a budget and plan that my wife and I were comfortable with. The entire experience with Manta was 5 star from initial evaluation through demolition and eventual construction. Ira and the entire team were very professional.  Andrew and Frank completed my project and they were great. They involved me in every decision in the project and the work was done as discussed. Communication was excellent. What we thought was a small leak in our basement ended up being a well-hidden water and mold issue that had been going on for years before we even owned our home.  They worked tirelessly with us to tackle complex drainage problems, both in the house and around our property, and develop solutions to ensure we didn’t face any other issues.  Once we were certain the water problems were solved, Ian and team designed and rebuilt a beautiful basement playroom for our family.  We will absolutely use them for any projects in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking to remediate an issue or remodel rooms in their home.
